Institutional Diversity

As a Graphic Designer for the Office of IDEAL (Institutional Diversity, Equity, Advocacy, and Leadership) at Temple University, I have played a key role in shaping the office's visual identity. Under the direction of Ha Tran and Nu'Rodney T. Prad, I have utilized visual storytelling to create and sustain a cohesive yet evolving brand voice. By grounding my work in thorough research, I create meaningful designs that align with the office’s mission and effectively drive student engagement.

This role has provided me with invaluable opportunities to grow as a designer while actively contributing to one of the most impactful offices on campus. Over two and a half years at IDEAL, I have deepened my connection to the community and helped foster a more inclusive and equitable university through design.
