Institutional Diversity

As a Graphic Designer in the office of IDEAL (Institutional Diversity, Equity, Advocacy, and Leadership) at Temple University, I've played a vital role in shaping the office's visual identity. Under the guidance of Nu'Rodney Prad and Ha Tran, I've utilized visual storytelling to create and maintain a cohesive yet evolving brand. Grounding my work in in-depth research has allowed me to draw inspiration from culture and history to ensure meaningful designs. This position has offered me the invaluable opportunity to grow as a designer while actively contributing to one of the most impactful offices on campus. Over my two-and-a-half years in IDEAL, I have connected with my community and helped to build a more inclusive and equitable university through design.
